1. How much is postage/ shipping?

2. Can I return or exchange my print?

3. Do the prints come framed? 

 

Our long landscape prints come framed in a custom size frame. Other size prints have been designed to fit standard size picture frames and we have even included an "ikea" size of 30cm x 40cm. 

 

4. What size is your A3 Print? 

 

Our A3 Print is 30cm x 42cm - please see our size guide for other sizes.

5. How do I flatten out my rolled print?

 

Helpful advise can be found on this instructional video. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur when you try to flatten the print.

 

6. When will my order arrive? 

 

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirming that your item has been shipped and delivery will usually be within 3 - 7 working days (international orders 5 - 7 working days). 

 

7. Do personalised prints take longer to arrive?

 

Personalised prints take 3 - 10 working days, during busy periods this may take longer and if this is the case we will advise at the time. 

 

8. Do you do custom prints? 

 

We do offer a range of custom/ personalised prints - if you do not find what you are looking for please email us at hello@modernprintstudio.com.

9. Can I resell your prints on Ebay/ Etsy? 

 

No items can be resold on any other site without our express permission. We will take legal action against any individual or business who is found to be selling or copying our prints without our permission.

 

10. I am a social media influencer and would like to promote your prints, who do I contact?
