SHIPPING & RETURNS
We aim to process all orders in 48 hours. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched so you can be sure that it is safely on its way to you.
Once you have received your dispatched email please see below for the relevant shipping times:
Domestic - Royal Mail first class or tracked 48 and takes 2 - 7 business days.
Europe - Royal Mail tracked and takes 5 - 10 business days.
International - Royal Mail tracked and takes 5 - 10 business days.
Personalised Prints - Please note that depending on demand personalised prints may take between 5 - 10 business days to arrive with you.
UK shipping is charged at a flat rate of £4.10 upto A3 and £7.50 for framed prints, Europe & worldwide is calculated at check out.
We offer a 14 day return policy on items that are returned undamaged in their original packaging. We are unable to offer returns for personalised prints and we do not operate a free returns policy.
If you need to return a print please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can authorise your return and provide you with the returns address. If your return is not authorised then you will not be eligible to receive a refund so please follow this process.
Once your item is received back with us we will notify you and process the refund within 5 working days if the print has been returned undamaged.
If for any reason your print has arrived with you damaged please email us using the above address, providing your order number and attaching images of the damage as soon as reasonably practicable. We will investigate this as a matter of urgency and will be sure to replace any items that have been damaged in transit, we cannot replace a print if we consider the damage has been caused by unpacking or framing. We will require proof that the original print has been destroyed before sending any replacement.
For any item that has arrived damaged you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery otherwise we will not be able to accept your return.
