3. Do the prints come framed?
We do not currently offer a framing service, however we are looking to do so in the future so watch this space! We have designed our prints to fit standard size picture frames and we have even included an "ikea" size of 30cm x 40cm.
4. What size is your A3 Print?
Our A3 Print is 30cm x 42cm - please see our size guide here for other sizes: link
5. When will my order arrive?
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirming that your item has been shipped and delivery will usually be within 3 - 5 working days (international orders 3 - 7 working days).
6. Do personalised prints take longer to arrive?
Personalised prints take 3 - 7 working days, during busy periods this may take longer and if this is the case we will advise at the time.
7. Do you do custom prints?
We do offer a range of custom/ personalised prints - if you do not find what you are looking for please email us at modernprintstudio@outlook.com and we will be able to let you know whether we can assist.
8. Can I resell your prints on Ebay/ Etsy?
No items can be resold on any other site without our express permission. We will take legal action against any individual or business who is found to be selling or copying our prints without our permission.
9. I am a social media influencer and would like to promote your prints, who do i contact?

SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
We aim to process all orders in 48 hours. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched so you can be sure that it is safely on its way to you.
Once you have received your dispatched email please see below for the relevant shipping times:
Domestic - Royal Mail first class or tracked 48 and takes 2 - 7 business days.
Europe - Royal Mail tracked and takes 5 - 10 business days.
International - Royal Mail tracked and takes 5 - 10 business days.
Personalised Prints - Please note that depending on demand personalised prints may take between 5 - 10 business days to arrive with you.
UK shipping is charged at a flat rate of £4.10 upto A3 and £7.50 for framed prints, Europe & worldwide is calculated at check out.
RETURNS
We offer a 14 day return policy on items that are returned undamaged in their original packaging. We are unable to offer returns for personalised prints and we do not operate a free returns policy.
If you need to return a print please email us at hello@modernprintstudio.com so that we can authorise your return and provide you with the returns address. If your return is not authorised then you will not be eligible to receive a refund so please follow this process.
Once your item is received back with us we will notify you and process the refund within 5 working days if the print has been returned undamaged.
If for any reason your print has arrived with you damaged please email us using the above address, providing your order number and attaching images of the damage as soon as reasonably practicable. We will investigate this as a matter of urgency and will be sure to replace any items that have been damaged in transit, we cannot replace a print if we consider the damage has been caused by unpacking or framing. We will require proof that the original print has been destroyed before sending any replacement.
For any item that has arrived damaged you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery otherwise we will not be able to accept your return.
